Under the brand name DUPLEX, DEISS has developed a refuse sack which unites all of the industry’s important innovations.

The most important element to DUPLEX refuse sacks is the new so-called K-sealing. In this process, the refuse sack is laid like a side-folded sack while a K is welded onto the bottom. This bent, second stabilising weld provides an enormous amount of tear resistance along the bottom seam.

The film used in DUPLEX sacks consists of a double-layer PE-LD/PE-HD film. This provides the DUPLEX sack with the high level of tear resistance in a PE-LD refuse sack, while simultaneously offering the high resistance to puncturing provided by a PE-HD refuse sack. The use of unrecycled material guarantees these technical properties are maintained in each DUPLEX refuse sack.

The need to use two hands to tear a sack from a roll is now a thing of the past with DUPLEX refuse sacks. The interleaved winding means the DUPLEX refuse sacks are no longer connected to each other on the roll, but rather simply laid into each other. This makes it possible to remove the sacks quickly using only one hand.

By combining these individual elements into one end product, the DUPLUX sack created by DEISS unites the key elements for meeting the requirements of commercial consumers – quality, speed and safety - all in one product.
